• Plaintiff (Seeking Costs)

10% of the Total Solicitor Fees settled or adjudicated (Section A, B, C and D of the Solicitors' Fees combined on a Party and Party Bill of Costs) plus VAT@23%.

 

• Defendant (Opposing Costs)

10% of costs saved/reduced on the entire Bill of Costs plus VAT @ 23%
