Plaintiff

We will draw a Party and Party Bill of Costs within 14 working days of receipt of all documents noted under the ‘What to Send Us’ heading.  Please ensure that you have a Final Order Awarding Costs in your client’s favour which can be adjudicated in default of agreement.  Without the benefit of such an order your Bill of Costs cannot be adjudicated and this will undermine any costs negotiations and likely result in undervalue costs proposals.

Payment is due 30 days after settlement or adjudication of costs.

We will review documents sent, prepare costs advised and enter into negotiations to agree costs within 14 working days of receipt of all documents noted under the ‘What to Send Us’ heading.
